Well Visit Schedule
The assessment of the growth and development of your child are essential components of pediatric care. The pediatricians at Child Health Associates recommend well child visits according to the schedule advised by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). These guidelines are made to insure that problems can be caught early, and generally coincide with the recommended vaccination schedule. It is advisable to make your next check up when you check out at your well child visit.
Below are the information sheets provided at the recommended visits. Sheets are given through age five, but yearly exams are recommended through age eighteen. Please read these prior to your scheduled visit. Your pediatrician may alter the recommended visits depending on the needs of your child.
