Our Mission
Child Health Associates is committed to providing expert, up-to-date health care to all infants, children, and adolescents. Pediatric care will be provided with the degree of professionalism, compassion, and personal service we would expect for our own children and families. Each child will be given the time and effort required to meet their individual health care needs. We are dedicated to the education of parents, with the goal of empowering them to be informed partners in the care of their children. We value all our patients, their families and our employees, and strive to treat all with respect and dignity regardless of age, race, creed, color or sexual orientation.
Patient Portal
At Child Health Associates, we require parents to create an account in our Patient Portal called Follow my Health. It is a great way for families to communicate with our office, receive reminders about upcoming appointments and access important medical information such as your child's medical history, medications, allergies, immunization records and lab results.
Child Health Associates follows the immunization guidelines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and Center for Disease Control (CDC). For more information, please see: Our Vaccine Policy.

Please print out all of our New Patient Forms and bring with you to the office, or fill them out in our Patient Portal.
What to expect
A pleasant, comfortable first visit builds trust and helps put the child at ease during future visits. We want your child to enjoy getting to know our doctors and staff, so we work hard to establish this bond during every appointment to our office. During your initial appointment, we will explain everything in detail and answer any questions you may have. We look forward to meeting you and your child and providing the quality, comprehensive medical care you expect and deserve.
