Appointments
Child Health Associates takes pride in offering a range of providers and appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Please call our office to schedule any appointments and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of their ability. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible.

If there is an emergency and immediate response is required, please dial 9-1-1
- After the office is closed, an on-call doctor is available by telephone for urgent medical concerns
- Due to high volumes of call, please allow up to an hour for a call back
- After 10:00 pm, calls will be answered by our nurse triage service
- In the event of hospitalization, the on-call doctor will be available for consultation by the hospital staff
Child Health Associates participates with many insurance companies. Your insurance contract is between you and the insurance company. Each employer has a different set of benefits, deductibles, co-pays and maximums. Do not assume that your insurance company will pay for any service rendered in our offices. It is your responsibility to know your insurance plan so that you are aware of your financial responsibilities. Our billing department will make every effort to process an insurance claim, but we are not responsible for disputes between you and your insurance company. Payment for services is your responsibility
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own pediatrician.
